Shipping & Delivery

All parcels will be shipped from Canada!

NEW!! We have implmented prepaid DUTIES for USA bound orders , this will ensure that there are no surprise charges for USA customers. Unfortunately we are unable to collect customs/duty/vat charges for other countries and you as the customer will be responsible in paying those charges that may incur during delivery. Sorry for the inconvenience!. :(

All packages will be insured and tracked! If you do not receive your parcel within 7-28 business days please contact us so we can contact the shipping provider!

Any packages that are RETURNED TO SENDER due to no payment for import charges, wrong delivery address or not picked up from post office are not our responsibility. 
We have two options if a package is returned to us. We can either reship the package at your expense ( you have to pay for shipping again ) OR issue you a refund minus shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. 
The restocking fee is the cost of us having to QC the package and ensure the product is still in sellable condition after traveling the world. 

Estimated shipping times are 
USA - 5-7 days 
CANADA - 5-12 days 
EVERYWHERE ELSE - 9-21 days

Canada Post, USPS, Fedex, PostNL and APC
